My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and the staff were excellent, but the rooms left much to be desired with issues like noise and odors. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My room was quite a disappointment. It was far from the elevator, making it hard to reach while dragging my luggage. The carpet looked dingy, the kitchenette light didn't work, and the overall ambiance was dark and noisy with a strong smell of cigarettes and a freezing temperature.
